Overview

Matford Green Business Park represents the final phase of the 100 acre (40 Ha) Matford Park commercial development area.

Since commencing development in 1996, Matford Park has developed as one of the major employment centres for Exeter with over 750,000 sq ft of built space. Together with Marsh Barton it is recognised as Exeter's largest commercial and trade centre, with an employment base of approximately 12,000.

The development benefits from substantial frontage to Bad Homburg Way, a major arterial route into the city centre.

The site is accessed from Yeoford Way and lies opposite the Matford Park and Ride, which provides regular bus services to and from the City Centre, with an average journey time of 15 mins.

The site is connected to the city wide cycle network, providing a substantial traffic free cycle route.
